GD Goenka Public School, Aurangabad, Bihar is the most pathetic and worst franchise of GD Goenka International School community.
I'd like to share the following few points-
-Work culture is the worst and third class. Teachers are their worst liabilities and are always at the receiving end.
-They're running the school without the Principal.
-The management is not well educated and totally money minded.
-They never disclose their policies and rules with their teachers. Even teachers have no idea about the schedule of PTM or any holidays. It is usually intimated late in evening through WhatsApp message.
-They are playing with the future of the students as they don't have highly qualified faculty.
-They prefer Jugaads rather than doing work systematically.
-Politics is at its peak. They prefer sycophants to hardworking people.
-The conveyance provided to their teachers is usually overcrowded with students. They have their policy where, students must not stand, while teachers may travel standing. It's no one's problem. Their treatment of teachers is worst than of a labourers or daily wage earners.
-They want to hire teachers for least possible salary. Most of the teachers are hired from outstation. They don't allow parents or spouses to stay with the teachers. Teachers are not provided any assistance by the school later and have to fend for themselves.
- The most crucial grievance is the salary. In the name of Corona, teachers were made to work for 20% to 60% salaries. Some of the teachers were laid without any compensation. The staff children of such removed employees are asked to pay tuition fees. They are not allowed to attend school otherwise. Many teachers who have lost their jobs are finding it difficult to survive. Paying tuition fees in such circumstances is so inhuman.
- Principal, and many teachers have already resigned from this school. Their main problem is not salary. It's rather the biased worked culture which favours those who are flattering.
- The owner himself has admitted his child somewhere else. Because he know the mediocre circumstances prevalent in school is not conducive for good education and is detrimental for the growth of child's mental health. He is playing with the lives and education of other children.
- Although the number of students are increasing, there is no sign of getting our full salaries. Ever time Mr. Mukesh Singh, owner of the school comes up with something or the other excuses.
-No training, No webinar, No Health Insurance, No Team outings, No perks, No medical care., Nothing. The GD Goenka group must note this. The school have enrolled the children of local notorious criminals, who usually carries weapons and keep threatening the teachers if they won't allow them their way. Sometimes, students too get threats. Management ignores such instances in case teachers approach them for help.
Overall, I had a terrific experience with this School. I'm glad I left for good.
AC classrooms and AC vehicles _
Well disciplined school but slightly costly _
Nice environment and surroundings...
Well developed beautiful and attractive classrooms with latest digital smart television and smart projectors for teaching !
They don't give more sports facilities to students for their growth.
Teacher is very strict.
Lots of homework to students.
Principal gives very long speech, students find it difficult to stand so long and get fainted.
Very unheigenic washrooms.
