A very beautiful institute located in Hojai. Got a large area. The environment is so good as trees are around its boundary. And a bit isolated from pubilc places which makes the institute free from disturbing noises. It is located next to railway track, but it's okay. Its auditorium hall is also large (700+ capacity). Overall, its good.

Chittaranjan was a very famous Lawyer of then India and an honest lover of motherland India (Bharat ) and til date people of India recall his name by Deshbandhu (Friend of Country). This school's education policy, faculty, teachers are very well known in entire state of Assam. This school is a government school and follows the syllabus of Board of Secondary Education Assam and it teaches the students up to 12 th standard. It is a boys school. The students of this school always beg position in both the results of HSCL & HSSLC exam every year. The school also has a big auditorium and which is the biggest one in the Hojai town. The people of Hojai witnessed various cultural programmes in it's stage.

If you are looking for a school for science stream with laboratory faculty then here it is but the problem is in theory classes some teachers behave very rudely, if you ask something to them they will say that this is not much important for your exam. Overall everything is good except some teachers behave and staffs behaviour
