Pragjyotish Senior Secondary School

Being an ex-student student of this school, this school is very good very good an the fee structure is not very high and that's what makes this school very good if you compare it with other schools having similar fee structure. The infrastructure is good which comprises of a large football ground,a basketball court, a decent amount of indoor games,a small playground for children, abundant smart classes,a big auditorium,a medical room and a sufficiently equipped laboratories required for carrying out experiments...There are abundant numbers of buses available for students.The faculty staffs are very good and cooperative expect one or two which is very common even in the bigger and more reputed schools... One problem that I have faced during my time was that proper hygiene was not maintained in the bathroom and remained mostly clogged. Except this, everything is good regarding this school and students won't regret after taking admission in this school.

As an ex student I can say that it's a pretty decent school. However a major problem is that a lot of the new teachers no nothing about what they are teaching us. The principal selects very unqualified teachers. Otherwise it's not a bad school

Disadvntgs-- * do business with every event organised there and asks for money from students..
*Low salary to the facultians so they leave the school and the autority wants to compromise the students' education by handing over to freshers..
*No farewells.
*Less importance to musical and other cultural events
* Does provides any equipments ..all u have to arrange by own
*No practical labs for psycholog students..
* No specialised teacher for each subject..the teacher who teaxhes psychology teaches the political ..the economic teacher only teaches business and entrepreneurship so as to pay them low and compromise within low salary..
*No mobilephones or other electronic devices allowed.
*No proper equipments available in sickroom..only one bed ..a hot water jug and a digene and fever (sumo tablet)..but will charge 500 from each student.

* Will have issues with every normal hair cuts of boys.
* Will try to ignore the annual programs so as to save money and last time took chance of pandemic and cancelled the biennial program planning...
* Even asks students for saraswati puja donations.. and
* A garage so called auditorium they made where they park their buses.
*The funniest is that they will hold their son's wedding ceremony, and other household functions in school campus😂😂😂😂

One of the best school as an ex student I miss my days here the faculties were awesome except one or two the rest are good cooperative stuffs .

I, Chandrima Das, an ex-student of this school (2017 hs batch). Completed my14 yrs long journey under the shade of this school which moulded me into the shape to be a good human, an example of many, a believer.I may have faced troubles in the journey but lets say no journey is a path of rose petals its a mixture of our all worst nightmare, then only we become great.human...I am proud of what I am today and for that pride I always thank my teachers who had been my torch bearer for the 14 years long journey.I thank you all. ❤️

Here Teachers are oversmart. I am a student of psss. I recommend please dont come here if you want your life to secure. Our English teacher Soheli mam is worst teacher ever. She will shout unnecessary on student. And one more She is helping students to become low confidence.

Everything is good in this school but the behaviour of the receptionist is not good I think the receptionist should be change .

The worst school in the world even worse than the village schools here a playground is there which is also known as grazing ground because somehow once a year someone can see students are playing rest days cows and buffaloes are seen as grazing. Here I provided 1 star because nothing can be possibly post less than that. Shame on you @pragjyotishshool
