Apex Hotel

When you are charging 399 rs for unlimited buffet, you need to keep the food taste good, you provide so much third class level food which is not fit for human consumption. I will say that at least you don't waste money by going to Apex Hotel. I will give a suggestion to people atleast don't waste your money by going to Apex hotel your money will go down the drain food quality is so bad.

Situated at a prime location, the hotel has almost all the amenities of a modern day requirements.
The entrance is very narrow, and so is the passage way.
Food quality is good, but the serving quality is not.
The terrace adjacent to the restaurant needs a complete makeover to make the place more attractive

It was my first time. Had fun celebrating my friend's birthday. The staff were courteous & food was good with options of improvement.
Ambience was also good. A good property.

The food was delicious. Quantity and quality was also very good. Their service was just amazing. Waiters always helped us. We had a marriage anniversary and the waiters helped us very much to set up the cake for cake cutting and helped us to pack it. The food was just too good.

Had an excellent stay, highly impressive services, staff were very cooperative, room service was available 24x7. Above all ,the rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were maintaining proper hygiene during this covid time . Highly recommendable

Good hotel for stay and food. Located very close to the highway on the bylanes. Parking on the roadside. Superb rooms. Perfectly located for those travelling between Kolkata and Siliguri. It was a good stay after a 36 hour drive from Bangalore. Very good food and service too.

Alarm went off 4.40am the staff blamed us for using a deodorant when we showed him a roll on he smirked no apology and this went on for 20 mins ear piercing sound... the air con went off leaving us cold and the manager sided with his rude staff! Hotel from HELL
