This restaurant is under city residency group.Which is a plus point for its brand and quality..u know..

What i found great! :

Nic interior ambiance ✔️
Nic air conditioning and comfortable chairs✔️
Food taste is just awesome at this average price point for every items💯
You can also watch your sports as there is a hig res. T.V mounted for your entertainment✔️
Non veg items were very honestly priced and were also best in taste like that of Sudhamrit and jadu kadhai..🔥🔥
Good dine in service ✔️
Nowadays water being served for your food stuffs as well (updated on 20feb,2022)😅

What went unsatisfactory :

Staffs taking too much time to take orders from every customer..😕
. as they only provide mineral water bottles if u need.. and they would charge* for it🦍
High wait time during winter days..😕

Very good restaurant. The quantity of food is just fantastic. Staffs are very nice and supportive.

Waste of money not healthy food.Those people will survey you bad food,Not health conscious.

Only drink was good

Service was good but they need to add a little more touch in presentation. Food items were good but the biryani was not upto the mark and quantity of items in the plate was little bit less in comparison to it's other outlets.

Ordered Chilli chicken fried rice. Chicken pieces were extremely hard, couldn't break them with spoon/fork. It came without capsicum also. The shredded chicken in the fried rice was also hard.
Spoiled our lunch.
Had to shift to Aloo dum instead.
Understand proper ingredients haven't come on time - like capsicum not given in chilli chicken because it was not available with them. This happened earlier also 2 months back here.

Not likely to visit this place anymore.

Other THEQUE outlets in Kolkata, Durgapur, etc are far better.

Overall its a good restorent

The restaurant is overall good with nice ambience and ample sitting space. Waiting time for food serviing is minimum. Taste is also nice. Food quantity is quite less but at the last taste matters , quantity is avoidable. Give a try to your taste buds.

Very tasty food and good place. Staff and manager are very good. Food is fresh and reasonable price. Location is very good. Parking place is okay.
