Hotel Suman Paradise Nainital - 3 Star Property

Firstly this is not even a 1 star property. No view from any of the rooms, view from ground floor is of parking, even u can hear drivers talking. Secondly limited options in breakfast and dinner menu, however food was good. Staff is polite...
Prices too high as compared to amenities given...

Location is decent. Slightly inside a small lane but a good place. People are really polite and helpful. They help you with every best possibility to make yourself comfortable. Food is also very tasty. Rooms were spacious and clean. They also provide free pick up and drop to their guests to Mall Road which is great place for shopping, boating etc. We stayed here for 2 nights with family and had a great experience.

I humbly request you guys not to choose this property for your stay, this is not even 1 star hotel, if google would give me a chance to put minus rating I would do that. It has bad location, bad exterior, bad interior, bad parking and bad rooms. Staff is not at all cooperative, i have booked 4 rooms for my family, they entered the hotel and just rejected, looking into the reception area and rooms, they checked out in 25 mins and i asked the management for the refund as it was 4 rooms, i even requested them to kindly retain for 1 room or may be one night and return rest of the amount. They simply denied, the location is quite inside, secondly outside the hotel is all slum kind of area. Very small and congested lane, I mean totally off location.

It was one of the best place I have ever stayed.It gives us a homely feelings.I would love to visit again and recommend others also .Staffs are polite and facilities are also awesome.

Personnel are warm and comfortable but less ventilated. Room was commodious. Washroom fittings are a little backwards. Foods were palatable. Place of the hotel shouldn't be a problem if customers use cabs.

It's a good place to visit, good food, good behavior staff, excellent service.

Every thing is ok Except location ,Horrible location which is in far away from Lake and on a very cozy lane .
Otherwise behaviour of the employees are nice and they are very cooperative.
