Food is oily

Please don't order chicken/nonveg dish, if possible then i would love to give negative stars, i ordered chicken lollypop and i think they are 5-6 days old they just fried and gave it to me, the chicken was like सूजी का हलवा (मतलब बिल्कुल गला हुआ चिकिन था) offcourse namkeen vala, and when i told the staff about it they were like 'हम तो यही बेचते है'
