Ambience is good. Service could be better. I had idli and I'd rate it 7 out of 10. Seating arrangement is kinda okay as the height is not maintained if you sit on the couch as compared to chairs opposite them.

Very poor service.....staff behavior rude even receptionist.....pathetic ....don't try to eat a bite there......they behave like they doing some EHSAAN....I will give negative star if possible....worst experience .
