Hotel Sharma Palace

It is a good hotel. It is good for lunch , dinner and many more. The rooms are quiet big and airy. It has Air Conditioners in summers and blower in winters. Bathrooms are quiet well. Bathrooms have giezers etc. Over all condition of the hotel is very good. Thank You

Went here for a marriage ceremony at the hotel looked nice has a open area and is good for a gathering of 300 people. Not a very classy place but neither that bad. It is opposite bus stand of Gonda which can be helpful for people traveling from outside.

I have given this star for its location while if we talk about space then proper space is also available and if we further talk about fooding and rest room it is also 👍 👍 👍 👍

Things are little bit messy in rooms. Less hygiene maintenance by hotel.

The service is pathetic manager doesn't provide any assistance. There is a banquet hall adjacent to hotel which is of hotel according to UP govt the dj should be off by 22:00 hrs but despite complaints it's continues till 1:00 hrs in morning manager leaves the hotel by 22:00 hrs kitchen also gets shut down at same and one major problem is of hot water availability for general use its only available from 9-10 in morning, I have stayed for 30 days in executive class room here and faced a lot of difficulty, would suggest others not to go for it and hope so Mr.Sharma the owner please read and take actions
