Telangana Spice Kitchen

One of the pioneers of Telangana cuisine, TSK has finally opened up shop for the patron sin Secunderabad with the same quality and fervour in their food as well as the service. On the menu are the same classics along with a few new additions, where the place is also doing specials over the weekend. Having a cozy seating on one floor, the place is also having a 80 pax banquet for events and parties on the floor above.

Coming to the food, I recently tried out the place for lunch where my favourites included

1.) Ellipaya Karam Royyalu - Crispy fried prawns tossed in with a dry spicy garlic podi along with some whole fried garlic and fried curry leaves. Hot, crunchy and delicious!

2.) Kakatiya Chicken Roast - A very unique blend of wholespices, this one came coated in a thick masala along with a refreshing hit of green chili and curry leaves.

3.) Rayalavari Mutton Pulav - Definitely a great main choice, the aromatic, ghee laden rice with the spicy mutton provided a great balance of flavours. Best for people who love mildly spicy food.

4.) Avakaya Pappu Annam - A classic Dal and Rice combo with the added touch of mango pickle masala. This one with some ghee and Fryums was satisfying to the core.

5.) Jamun ka Ghosla - Best for last, this definitely was the best dessert choice! Gulab jamun on the bed of sweet feni and nuts, topped with warm thick milk. Comforting and amazing!

After successful run at Jubilee Hills , Telangana spice kitchen opens their new branch near paradise at Secunderabad . The name itself says that they serve authentic Telangana cuisine with beautiful interiors , huge & comfortable seating and they have banquet hall too. There’s a traditional touch in the ambience with vibrant painted walls & plants all around. Here we tried Shanghai spring rolls which were crispy at the same time crunchy too served mint chutney was yumm.
Baby corn Manchurian was just mouth watering dish. full of flavours with perfect spices 😋
Paneer tikka was soft , marinated & grilled to the perfection . They serve some amazing mocktails which are worth trying , my favourite was fruit punch😍. In the main course we ordered paneer chatpat with butter naan. The curry was delicious with soft paneer & lots of veggies.

Avakaya pappu Annam : The soul food & the comfort food was just bliss topped with ghee😋

Always in love with their desserts , we had gajar ka halwa, shahi tukda and brownie with icecream was so soo sooo good 😍💯✅

Good place to taste Telangana food. Ambience is good. Must try Dalcha Mutton with Bagara Rice at this place. This combination is just awesome. But the quantity of food is less when compared to their prices.

Prices are too expensive. Quantity is good. Tastes are good.

Hot Soup was great. Panner and Corn appetizers needs more attention.

Nalli Ghost Biryani is fine but not great as hyped.

Advice: Accept international credit and debit cards too. Else, you may not have repeating customers.

Want to have some spicy food, then @telanganaspicekitchen is the place to go. Visited the SD Road branch few days back. The ambiance was very pleasant and each and every items we ordered were very good.
Started with Paneer kurkure, Special Prawns fry and Golinchina chicken.
Tried the Chicken Pulao the regular one, it was amazing.
To top it off had their special Jamoon ka ghosla which was amazing. Gulab jamoons served with Pheni, dry fruits and milk.
The service was reasonably quick.
Price is on the higher side but the taste justified it totally.

Today I have visited this place for dinner .we have order first fresh lime soda it was good .Then comes the starter ghee roast prawns RS 499 just for 8 peices of tiger prawns. Then we ordered malabar paratha with chicken curry there were small chicken peices 5 to 6
. Chicken curry was taste less. Mutton biryani that was also taste less .if anyone are planning to visit this restaurant I suggest that the prices are very very high and just the ambience of the place is good .when we order the food minimum waiting time is half an hour .The service is very very slow. This place is a hyped and very expensive place. The quality and quantity of the food is also not worthy.I dont reccomend this place as the food is taste less . Dont waste ur time and money .
