Ragi sangati was awesome, biryani did not meet expecting spicy like Bangalore kritunga.

Very much underrated resturant at Hyderabad. I love the taste and ambience here. The only restaurant which serves water for free that too in copper vessels

Price where reasonable and taste was pretty good 😊

Bad experience, no proper order taking . Took forever to bring order.
Ordered chicken natu kodi soup, got mutton curry. Ordered chicken biryani got chicken mixed with mutton biryani. First time in life ate mixed biryani

Very worst service and food.. Kritunga became careless like other restaurant. We informed waiter about food is not good. They simply said "you had few spoons,hence we will not replace or refund amount" . Firstly they should try to understand problem,but they simply denied to listen or understanding issue. You can find our food photo. We left like that and they also simply collected money and least bothered about customers feeling. Shameful

It was good when I ate here in August 2022, but now in Jan 2023 it's not good, they made the biryani very spicy and not tasty at all. And they removed the banana leaf, they served in the plastic plate, but overall taste of the biryani and apollo fish I ate here was not good it was average and very spicy, Not at all recommended now.

Worst service, they don't even bother about serving the food once it is placed on the table they just left.
Food is very spicy and they didn't even care when we complained about spicy of the food. Better to go for any other restaurant.
