Platform 65 - The Train Theme Restaurant - KPHB

Successful business comes with the great and innovative ideas! Platform 65 restaurant proves this statement! The place is so nice, u feel amazed by recieving ur order in tiny moving train. Those delicious chicken starters. Food is also nice. Must try weekend meal plan.

Concept and the idea of delivering food via toy train is awesome and it attract kids specially. My kids loved the way food were delivered by train.

Talking about Vegetarian food, i think they need to improve a lot on food quality and taste.

Staff were friendly and polite.

If you are having a kid or kid's you should definitely take them to this place they will enjoy a lot...!!! But first thing i should mention here is have lot of Patience while entering the Shopping mall because it's going to take more than 15 Mins for you to get into the Lift and go to the restaurant. Again have the patience to wait for another 10 -15 Mins as there always will be a waiting line....!!! And the taste of the food is not that great so don't expect you are going to have a really tasty food . Yes you will have food but not tasty one..!!! We can definitely give a one time Visit to this restaurant...!!! And Kids are definitely going to Enjoy that's for sure.

Liked the food served and ambience was good too. Neat and clean, well maintained premises. We were catching up with office colleagues and we had a dedicated table attendent who took care of us. The staff were well mannered and courteous, could understand our need and suggested dishes as per that. Good place to be with family and children too in KPHB area.

This is the second time I visited this place. Masala kulcha and butter panner masala is good. Kadai chicken and dum biryani is average. Chicken Tikka biryani - below average, I totally disappointed after having this dish. I agree that, in all biryani they use same rice but am taking about chicken tikka pieces.
Service - for service I can rate four, service is fast (visted on weekday) and staff is so friendly.
Ambiance is good, I can give 3 out of 5.

And ofcourse the mini trains are awesome.
We had prawns, fish and chicken. We didn't visit there for lunch or dinner. Just supper and we had a bill of around 1k. So pretty reasonable.
I didn't expect a tasty food as I was under impression that all of the focus stays on the mini train service.
But the food is undoubtedly good.

It would be better if they concentrate more on taste rather than ambience. Ordered paneer 65 and it just tasted nothing. No salt and seasoning.
Same thing happened with veg fried rice. After having a spoon of it we told the management it's just a normal rice with no salt, seasoning and tasteless. They also tasted it and tried to change it but we cancelled and asked for bill. After asking multiple times they gave Bill and charged for the order which we didn't have (veg fried rice) which is tasteless.
This restaurant is only good for ambience not for food.

Nice ambience, Innovative approach in serving, very cooperative staff. Complimentary Juice for waiting customers. All these things are one side of the coin. Another side of the coin is they need to improve food taste, I visited Platform 65 along with my friends and Family completely disappointed with the food, serving food with very very less salt, not sure if are serving the food right after they cooked? I ordered Kulchas, It was served Hard and less salt. finally worst experience
