All the food items (idli, kichdi, paniyaram, noodles, dosa, boli, lozhukattai, puttu) are made of millets and traditional rice varieties. They don't use the modern, refined items like polished rice, maida etc . Very tasty, healthy food just for a throw away price. Good initiatives to bring back the traditional millets in a daily consumption.
