Felt like I entered a restaurant in a metro city... These guys extremely over priced their dishes. Even the ambiance is not great for such a over priced restaurant. I used to visit appletree all the times and I thought of taking family here for a change ... I regret..

And oh... there are lot dishes not in the menu, but when you ask they would bring it .. the reason they say is it fills up the menu card ... never experienced it before ...

Worst service ever experienced. Staff were not keeping tabs on our table. It was not a 3-star hotel experience. We ordered a surprise cake but they didn’t serve the cake the right away and was served after requesting it two times. We didn’t get our plates even after the dinner was served. They lethargically came with the plates saying sorry after we managed to have the food out of the bowl. Lime soda as simple as that was served after asking the staff twice. And the bill didn’t have the advance payment reduced. Everything was over priced. Not worth our time and money.

It was very expensive, has poor service and the staffs were not experienced and took so much time. Even they forgot to give us plates. Totally it's just a waste of time and money. We regret going there even small restaurants are so much better.

The ambience was good.
The staff are friendly.
The food was good and the portions were apt.
The time to service and delivery of orders was quick.
Would visit again and certainly recommend.

I have heard and also have experience of inconsistencies in the taste of food in GRT restaurants. Hope this is corrected.

The ambience was pretty good as usual GRTs. Very poor service, not so friendly staff, service will definitely be better even in a local roadside shop. Talking about the taste of the food, awful. Nothing tasted as it should, too oily, had no flavor, too spicy. Not worth the time I waited and the money I spent.If you are expecting nellai GRT to be in par with other GRTs it will be only the prices they can match , Nothing else.

There’s a restaurant and rooms available for staying. The room was awesome - it had a separated space that can account as a study and living room clubbed together - suitable for people who wish to work. There’s a queen size bed in which three can even sleep. Separate toilet and bath areas are present within the room. The breakfast buffet is complimentary if you book a room. Checkout is 24 hours. Ramp available for the specially abled. They had a special lunch buffet for Rs. 499 commemorating the Navaratri festival. There’s a locker available in the room to keep the valuables but they have a disclaimer saying they won’t be responsible for your stuff in the room. If you want to be precautious, you can inform reception not to clean the room when you’re away and safeguard stuff while you’re away. The staff are very polite and hospitable.
