SDR Restaurant and cafe

This restaurant is just 2 kms away from Tuticorin new bus stand. A well furnished, spacious place to dine with good parking facility . They have a variety of delicious food with reasonable price. But when it comes to the category of fresh juices , felt that the cost is bit high. Well behaved staff will not make you wait for a long time for the food to be served .Well sanitized and clean wash room is a boon to long distance travellers.

We tried chicken fried rice, veg noodles, mutton fried rice, sweet and corn chicken soup.

Really Worst quality, and taste in restaurants I've ever seen, tasted. Dishes price is too high in SDR restaurant . hotel Ambiance is something to be seen though. There is little to no taste in food. 3 of us went. Cost Rs 2000. The taste is only in the dishes name not the food. According to dishes names,there is no special focus on any individual. The food is not good. Then if u can drink a milkshake, it will cost you 200 rupees.its like roadside chemical juices.A bad feeling like... ஆள விடுங்கடா சாமி 🙏🏻.....This restaurant will be first on a list of things not to visit in Tuticorin. Just a name SDR'Restaurant….a shoddy, tasteless🫤😔, restaurant. Don't be fooled by anyone.

It's a family restaurant and ambience is so good !! Their Briyani is top notch.Must try!! Food tastes are very good .Price is little high. Restroom maintainence has to be improved.

Food served in a proffesional restaurant way. Food itself was good for the location, its not Mumbai. That means SDR is aiming for the higher level of restaurant. As forgeiners we appreciate that. But also others: restaurant was full on an normal day. So yeah it's a popular place. AC, space is looking luxury and comfortable. I do recommend.

Food is nice and parking is fine.. but the service is very poor and worst, the people who serves and take orders are showing topmost attitude like giving food for free. Their body language and face expression will make you feel like you are nothing and why you are coming here and eating food. They should train their employees for customer friendly attitude and nice gestures.

Reasonable price for the customers. Nice ambience. From my point of view, the Average spending amount for a good meal per person is around 500 rupees.

Best place to have a good meal with family or friends. Neat and clean place with nice ambience. All staffs are well behaved. The quality of food was also top notch. This place also has an ample amount of car and bike parking.

Ambience is good, servings is at okay level.
Chicken soup ordered was not hot.
Crab, fish and prawn items are all excellent and good taste.
