worst experience I have ever seen. Bad customer service. Waiting for 2 hours for chicken briyani. Server is very attitude behavior. Only 2 server is handling the Customers. Others busy with Swiggy and Zomoto Customers. Food worst in taste. Very very expensive. Cheap behavior and worst experience ever. Don't ever come with your family and friends. Never thought to visit again.

Ambience is very good. It's a multi cuisine restaurant which serves almost every dish. Taste is good and a good place to try Tandoori and North Indian dishes. The waiting time is more for the order. Be prepared for that and ambience is quite good to spend with family

Hotel Sahana is an average place to have food. The price is on the higher side. We bought cream of chicken soup, half grilled chicken, half tandoori chicken, Butter naan, Butter Roti and Butter chicken. The soup was very tasty. Grilled chicken and tandoori tasted almost the same. Mayonnaise tasted good. Naan and Roti were very thin. The ambience was very calm as it is situated a bit inside from the road.

This is the worst hotel in Thoothukudi. First of all they take a lot of time for than half an hour to serve the food. The place and glasses were unhygienic. The food was very bad. We order mutton soup in that mutton was not cooked properly. Dont ever order non veg meal, prawn or fish briyani. The non veg meal was disgusting there was no pieces only curry was there. The prawn briyani was brown in colour. They have simply put the fried prawns at the top and saying its prawn briyani. The prawn was not tasty. Then the lollypop chicken was too oily. Overall its a bad experience not even a dish was good. The food price was very high but no quality. Dont ever go to the hotel waste of time and money. It will spoil your health also.
