Excellent place to have traditional Tamil food. What impressed me the most was the service, I have never been to a hotel were all the staff were so well trained and too so much pride in what they serve. I travel all over the world eat in lots of different places. This place is something else. Great food, exceptional staff. If you are in Madurai, don't hesitate to visit here

Ambience is good they have use ropes and iron pans for ceiling works.
kudai biriyani is great. It's a restaurant only with south indian food.
Serving is good, the works are very humble and responding good.
Naatu kozli and mutton are really great and well cooked, fish koola urundai tastes good...

Overall it is a good place to spend time with family for both lunch and dinner.

This hotel is good for traditional food and service which it seems and aims for. The staple content which they provide also good which for us it seems a quality and feel like asking more for consumption but keep it in mind these are high cost with less content food, dessert etc. This hotel atmosphere is good for groups family and friends, provided the hotel service also. The management should consider to make some food menu names realizing to customer.

Great place to have some good authentic south indian cuisine. If you are new to this place they first announce their propaganda which is that they don't use any additive chemical flavour enhancers, they don't use broiler chicken, they do not use packet masala but only home ground masalas and no refined oil only cold pressed oils. The vedakari venjanam is a great mutton chukka, loved it. Kari dosa was too good too. The pazhampuli fish fry was properly tawa fried and the pazham puli sauce was a great accompaniment. The waiter suggested we try the Kari idiyappam this was good not something great though. The bamboo naatu kozhi biriyani was rightly spiced and it was piping hot even though it was sitting idle for some twenty mins at our table. Not the usual briyani but no complaints. Seemai kozhi nallennai chaaru or the naatu kozhi soup was spicy and served as a great start. Nei podi kozhi a starter served on a bamboo half pipe was like something I've never tasted it was really good. The egg appam was neatly done. The chutneys gravies and raithas were all good. Kari paniyaram was served as a six piece set I wasn't sure where the kari was, I expected chunks of meat but did not find something like that probably it had minced meat.
To finish off we had the best desserts, ilaneer amirtham and paruthi paal halwa. The ilaneer amirtham was a coconut pudding was served chill and was good. The halwa was served hot it was super and was really fluffy.
Would recommend this place to anyone with a craving for a good non veg meal.
The price was nominal actually low by madurai standards. Attached the bill for your reference.

That was decent dinner today in sangam saga. It was said that they use only hand made masala, usage of country chicken only, they avoid white sugar and refined oil completely. Tastewise it was wonderful experience. We tasted moongil kozhi briyani, pichi potta nattu kozhi pirattal, kari dosai, kari kola urundai, kayal kola urundai, kuli karandi muttai and eeral varuval. All food tasted good except kuli karandi muttai which floated in oil which is not preferable.

Morethan all these the bill didn't crossed 1k which surprised us lot. 🤣

Classy restaurant offering delicious food at reasonable prices. The bamboo naatu-kozhi biryani is yumm and must try. Very nice place to dine for all kinds of occasions or even casually. One of the best restaurants in Madurai.

Excellent food 🍲 loved the recipe. The best part is quickly served. Soup taste is good and started prawns is also good. Try different rather than regular briyaani's. Overall satisfied and also less crowded. Little costly but affordable.
