Kitchen at 95

It was a great experience dining at kitchen 65. We had laal maas, it was great and made our day. One of done Lal maans we had till now. The curry was perfect, aromatic best is every way. The staff was very kind, (Nikhil, Shivam and Ankit) very corporative and helped us in every way. Also want to mention the chef Gurdeep who did marvellous job with the curry. Overall a big GO for Hyatt Ludhiana.

We had a theme based dinner buffet, “Rajasthan Trail”. The place has maintained the hygiene standards. It had a great spread.

However, because of the rush the waiters could not pay enough attention to all the guests. We had to wait long for the starters and 2 of the dishes when served were cold.

We were also not aware of what all the starters are and had to peep onto other’s tables to get an idea (not a good habit though) and then made special requests for those food items.

Lastly, had to wait 15 minutes for the final bill.

I don’t normally do the reviews online that’s my 1st one I ever did. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Ludhiana. I reserved for 40 guests for my daughter’s 1st birthday. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Best team

An elite Multi-cuisine restaurant with options like Continental, Indian, Chinese & Middle Eastern food

Terrible guest service. Food from the buffet menu is clearly not fresh cooked as we stayed there for over a week and saw modified dishes from previous day being served on the next day. All the curries have a thick layer of oil on them. I even got food poisoned after having their food.

Very pathetic service. Not everyone but yes still there are many who doesn't know how to treat their customers. If we talk about food quality they were serving stale food and when i questend they even accepted it.

Amazing breakthrough I had with you, I was a long 3 years in trip I never seen like this. Actually I would like all of your staff were all friendly , Chef Sanjay.
