The location is awesome, the maintenance is good, concept is very good but the managing system is poor
Huge suffocation inside the Dining area, no exhaust system was there, no air conditioning was working there. Seems that we are sitting inside oven.
Food stuff served is tasty and good
But there must be separate menu for veg n non veg.

It has a huge restaurant, huge lawn, basic kids rides like slides stuff, rooms and banquet. While architecture is Victorian style beautifully done exteriors and interiors. Washrooms were also super clean and very hospitable staff. Serves Veg, Non Veg, hard drinks. Outside seating is also available n the lawn. Great place for kids and adults.

Awesome ambience, feel like in paradise.. with lush green scenic beauty.... Truly mesmerizing... Food is yumm! Grt to hangout and plan a grt together with friends and family...

First time in Sarai and you have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The choole bhature is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority

Terrible food service
Ordered cheese wrap. Was served with oil soaked paneer wrap.
Ordered Masala Tea, served tea neither had masala nor a good taste.
Poor Hygiene, tea was served in a pot and the pot was dirty and messy. It was evident that it had not been cleaned for a long time.
Staff did offer to waive off the money, which I politely declined
Giving one star only for staff co-operation.

Good nostalgic spot with lots of greenery and open areas. Food is decent and try to get input from the chef before choosing the menu options. Great for family outings.

Hosted a wedding here and was worst experience of all time. Poor management, never select this venue for any big function. Food was closed before time. Didn't fulfill there commitments.
