Variety of chicken items .great for quick
Too much pricey.
Fully Crowded.
Coming to the quality one word comes to mind is BAD .
It's constantly degrading in its quality.
The portion of fries are terrible.too oily.
Sometimes undercooked.
The food and service are not at all up to standards.
Ice,wrap up are a far more better option than KFC.
Service is very slow.
Not expected from such a brand like KFC.
Coming to the ambience, it has the same usual red theme layout ..Nothing new ..
a bit uncleaned..
Needs to b maintained..
Personally I would not recommend this place.

This is the only outlet of kfc in cuttack odisha, situated at a premium location. Very neat & clean and spacious too & less crowded. This mostly operated by woman employees. Everything I liked expect the food quality . On my visit I had ordered burgers & there was absent of inner ingredients like lettuces, mayo etc. It was just chicken/veg cutlet placed inside two burger without any layer or ingredients. So, the taste was average & not up to the mark.

I have visited a lot of time it's my personal opinion that the place is awesome very hygienic and price are affordable for a middle class family..one thing that I want to give blvery strong opinion is never ever order any kind of biryani from KFC it's completely waste of money you won't feel eating like biryani it's gives you the rice taste only even lower to that..Thank you

Food quality is ok but staff management is not that standard. Even it needs better cleanliness. This outlet doesn't maintain the brand value.

KFC is KFC always but the change in menu items according to the Indian market is wonderful and a big hit 👍

Staff is friendly at this location and service was fast, tast is consistent everything we visited this place..

Either for a quick bite or to hang out with friends & family, nice location to visit..

The servers take their own sweet time to get your order. However the fried chicken is one of the best when it comes to KFC joints in India. Everything is served hot and the staff complies with your request reasonably well.

Of late I have noticed staff shortage during peak hours. I wonder what that's about.

They're understaffed. As per them my order's receiving time was between 10-15min but it took 40min. Most of the time order counter was empty. I gave 2 stars only for the atmosphere.
