You cant find better hakka noodles than this . Food is delicious service is good . Price is very affordable.

Service extremely slow and got our food after 1.5 hrs. Pathetic quality of food as there wasn't any taste and too oily. Has ordered surmai thali all the masala was coming off and hence there wasn't any taste. It was our mistake to visit there and restaurant full of mosquitoes

The hotel is exactly at Mandvi beach, next to Gateway of Ratnagiri. Hotel service is very good & hassle free. I liked the room, it's clean n neat! View from balcony was awesome!

Food by Harsha is also very good

I would not give this one star also if I have that option, Suh a pathetic service and food quality and also no quantity at all, they gave two small PC's of fish in fish tandoori dish plus it was not fresh, mutton pcs were harder than stone and they were not ready to cancel order and same with chicken... Don't go on fake reviews provided by other organisation reviews we also got fooled by same. Waste of time and money, and staff was also not cooperative, manger was not ready to come forward and talk about the issue... Better not to eat than going at such place....

We order chicken dhaba and it was awful .(tasteless.) Please try to improve your dish or change your chef. Lavde chef try and use some more spices.

Just like its sister branch Harsha Terrace Garden, this one - Harsha beach Restro is also a great place to eat. Good pricing, good food, good view (mandvi beach) , good location, good service. Definitely recommended if visiting Ratnagiri !!

Needs improvement in keeping dishes variety in menu, it looked very limited. If worked on this aspect it would be 10/10 place

We visited this restaurant during our trip to Ratnagiri. Restaurant is situated right on the beach and you can enjoy see view while dining. We were on beach in afternoon and Kokam welcome drink they provided instantly refreshed us. Food we ordered was freshly prepared and tasty. They even customized as per our request. Staff is very polite and helpful. Since we were not locals, they went out of the way to call a auto for us and also provided contact numbers for use later.
Must visit for a refreshing meal after enjoying Mandavi beach.
