Potty in the toilet .
Untrained staff .
Dirty bucket and mug .
Torn pillowcases .
AC not working.

Took one hour to get some toilet cleaner , brush etc

I could go on

No water or glasses .
No teacups , no spoon . No wastepaper basket .

And more and more and more

No weekly off for staff

Underpaid .

I should have walked out

This hotel don't deserve a single star.
Third class service, even third class is way better than it's. Rude behaviour of the staff, bed is just like a playwood... Please please please don't come at this place...

Very bad service. No staff to take your bags upstairs. No hot water for bathing. Slow service. Hard beds. Not worth the costing please avoid.

Stayed here for a day, while on way from Pune to nagpur. I think this is one of the best hotels in Jalna in terms of rooms and ambience. The restuarent's food is excellent. Good and safe parking space as well. But what impressed me even more is upon forgetting my laptop charger, the owner kindly sent me the charger via post and denied the charges despite multiple request by me. I think that's very humane. Will definately choose to go back.

3rd class hotel after charging 2k for a single night for such small room no breakfast not even a water bottle included
The repecption guy is the most arrogant
And charged 2.5% on credit payment

Angara sabji we told to prepare medium spicy,,, but it was too spicy,,, otherwise good food with good atmosphere...

For Jalna, this hotel is good. But the bar section can be improved specially the cutlery and glasses used for drinks are very old.... Indoor seating is better here

Lift is avalible and new construction is done looks Classy
