Best kfc outlet in pune after deccan outlet. There quality is good and better than Amanora's KFC outlet. Also service is fast and polite employees. According to hygiene and quality this is best outlet. Only there is no dedicated sitting for kfc, you have to sit in common area.

Good service but it's slow that need to be improved. The staff is very skimpy when I asked for extra tamoto ketchup packet, that one thing disappoints alot. Otherwise overall service is good. Good atmosphere. Hygiene and Cleaning has been taken care well. Service has to be bit faster. Must visit once.

Sevice is very very slow, employee service not proper and wrong product given in my parcel order will not recommended this to my circle, very disappointed with service, huge line for billing but only one counter is available for billing very poor service

We received the order after 1.5 hrs. Despite of calling them repeatedly, they wouldn’t answer the calls.
After 1.5 hrs we received uncooked pathetic tasting bland small pieces of chicken. Which apparently were supposed to be, smoky red grilled chicken pieces. We couldn’t consume a single piece as it was unclean stinking and horrible.
Horrendous experience. Pure waste of money and time.

Food is fresh with Quick service.
They will suggest you best choice as well.

Being Muslim we preferred Hala meat only , they have Halal Certificate for the Stall of KP mall.

Gone completely down hill! Tried so many times at Holly Springs. Obviously they keep the good for themselves? Not concerned about customers? Poor quality Breast box soggy, old potatoes hard no gravy, wing from baby, biscuit raw very doughy? All the time there? Poor management? Should provide fresh not leftovers! Throwing away again!
There must be some Stores that still take Customer Service Into account but PLEASE do not Waste your time nor money on the store in Port Augusta unless you want to be spoken to By Arrogant Rude mouth Kids who really Have any idea on Customer Service and need to be taught MANNERS

This KFC is good

They offer ketchup with burger and other menu but Dominos by that side... they charge 1 ₹ for 1 ketchup sachet..I mean its too much..

So KFC is better in taste have value menu and even in value menu they give 2 ketchup without extra charge..

Worst zinger burger ever had. They just assume that our money is peace of papers. Very bad. I had literally gone to show the store manager about the condition of the burger but I was surprised when he smiled and asked the worker to tell me that it comes in this manner only. I think they the only one who knows more. Really felt like eating just a chicken paty in a bun. Worst experience. Please don't try inspite there are many more options to go for. I might rather say avoide wasting money in KFC 😠😡
