Are you guys even open..?? We were trying to locate the place, we couldn't find it. We tried reaching on the mobile numbers mentioned in your so called website, but nobody seemed to even care to respond. What a pathetic experience we had just locating the place. Am glad that we didnt try your pizzas..

Worst Service People working now are Pathetic. They don't know how to talk and dis respectful. How they are in Thane don't know.

Must try every pizza with molten cheese crust
Normal crust pizza wont be that tasty but with cheese crust they make pizzas to die for 😍

Few days back we ordered from Black bay pizza. It is located in Thane. They have amazing pizzas. Packaging was perfect. They are serving both veg and non veg pizzas.

Both pizzas was delicious in taste. It was topped with chicken and cheese, which was giving amazing taste. Pizza was nicely baked. All toppings were perfect.

Overall it was superb experience. Surely ordering again soon.

I must say they serve very tasty Pizza in affordable price i ordered mashroom spicy Pizza the mashroom was so soft and fresh and the cheese was so delicious 🤤 and classic veg The toppings were amazing and the cheesy crust were mouthwatering hence if you are hungry this is the best place to order on Zomato 🤤💥💥

The pizza tastes good. With loaded topping. The only downside is you can't take away delivery. You need to order it over swiggy/Zomato even if you are standing outside the shop

I don't usually give anyone 1 stars but I was really disappointed with my experience with black bay pizza. I ordered:

Black bay special pizza: NEVER SEEN A PIZZA SPILL. YOU CAN CHECK THE IMAGE, LITERALLY THE TOPPINGS SLIP OFF. UNEVEN TOPPINGS DESTROYED THE TASTE.

Pesto funghi pizza: I ORDERED THIN PIZZA SQUARES BUT GOT NORMAL CRUST. TASTE WAS ALSO BELOW AVERAGE.

Positives: Sesame crust tasted good.

Idk how this place has such good reviews, maybe they are paid.
