Apart from that it gets crowded quite easily at peak hours (lunch) so would recommend to visit a bit early. They also provide takeaways seen the photo below
This restaurant Owen & run by iskcon temple authorities, you will get here completely veg food without onion and garlic type. But the test is top class. These restaurant provide only thali with unlimited options, lots of Verity you will get here. From starter to desert item. It will cost you around 550 including tax. A bigger place for the setting and the staff of this restaurant are devotees of the temple. You will eat here with peace of mind, with God praying shree Krishna. Excellent service & good quality, hygienic.
Must visit these temple and Govindas Restaurant, make sure to reach early on weekends because you need to wait in line.
Radhe Radhe 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻...
It's beside the ISKON juhu and works with the temple. Very classic vintage ambiance, not much of show sha, just genuine high quality, delicious, and reasonable food.
We tried the baby masala idly and paneer Paratha at breakfast and loved it. I wish I could have stayed for lunch too.
When I call it reasonable, trust me, it is reasonable considering the quality and quantity both.
If you're a taste lover, just go here.
This place is specious.
You get buffet.
Must say ultimate food you get.
Around 30 variates of food you get here in lunch.
In starter I liked the samosa chaat and chhole paneer chaat.
I found the puri with aloo methi badi a delicious combination.
Butter milk and the mixed fruits are also good.
In dessert I liked kulfi and gulab jamun. Those were utterly delicious.
Why to wait then 😊.
Go and enjoy……
Mon to Sat ₹650, On Sunday/Holiday ₹750
A food buffet bonanza for the people who somehow managed to remain Veg despite the onslaught of international nonveg fast food restaurants. There are so many varieties to choose from and they mix Chinese/Punjabi/South Indian cousins well to suit your different taste buds together 💕
What I love is... they keep filling the basket for fresh Roti/Poori/Stuff Paratha and insist you to take the fresh one with a smile.
I found the food less oily less spicy even stuffed Aaloo Parathas were less oily...but still well cooked and tasty.
There's plenty of space to sit around, they offer assistance to get you a table which can accommodate the size/Members of your family.
I happened to go on 26th Jan (Republic day) ...it was crowded but because of the size/Space didn't feel like... and I got a seat for 3 of yes immediately with their assistance guide.
Don't know... how it's on weekdays...
And if you happen to be a religious person as well as a Veg foodie then the Krishna Darshan (ISCON temple) is a Bonus for you. Go take your Blessings.
And if you couldn't control your cravings & over stuffed yourself (i do sometimes 😉) then another Bonus is waiting for you.. the famous JUHU BEACH is just a stone throw away (Well..a little more than that 😄) So Hop on/Ride on/ or walk to the Beach to burn those extra calories right there.
Even on a holiday we didn't Book our seats but still managed one ...
So guys... enough reading .. it's time to say
GOVINDA'S here i come
Cheers 🍲👨🍳🥘
