Hotel Arjun : Fish Specialist

As I saw lots of advertisement of this place that they are Fish Specialist so decided to visit this place. They actually have varieties of fish dishes but major part missing is the Taste. The place is nice and clean. The sitting arrangements are quite congested. The service and serving staff is OK. The ambience is not quite interesting.
Now about the food i ordered ,
1. Surmai Fry.
2. Arjun Special Surmai Thali.
3. Surmai Thali.
4. Special Chicken Thali.
Now about the food ,
1.Surmai Fry :- Nice big pieces of surmai served hot with coconut chutney. There is no any blend or spices are coming out while eating this fry. If they marinate the fish well for some longer duration may be it can help.
2.Arjun Special Surmai Thali :- This thali include - 3 Chapati / Bhakari , Surmai Fry , घोलम ,Kolambi plate ,Mandeli plate , Fish curry , टिकलं , Solkadi ,White Rice.
As they have written lots of varieties of items but they serve Kolambi and Mandeli Fry in one plate as you see in photo. Fish Curry was OK in taste. Besides the fish fry the curries served are not hot. Solkadi is too much thin in texture. Need to work on it.
3.Surmai Thali :- This thali include - 3 Chapati / Bhakari ,Surmai Fry , घोलम ,Fish curry ,Solkadi ,टिकलं ,White Rice. All the suggestions are same as per mentioned above they really need to work on it.
4.Special Chicken Thali :- This thali include - 3 Chapati / Bhakari , Chicken Plate ,Green Chicken Plate , Pandhara Rassa ,Tambda Rassa , White Rice.
The chicken served in both plate was little bit chewy. The green chicken gravy was just OK. As it is not authentic non veg restaurant the taste of tambda and pandhra rassa was OK.
Overall They have varieties of sea food to serve but major missing part is taste as per my opinion.

Best sea food I had in long time in this area. Really fresh fish, nice preparation. And not to forget the tasty Solkadhi! Good for family as well.

The food was awesome.. the taste which you can't forget. Very humble and friendly service. Specifically for fish dishes.... 😋🐟 must visit.

Sangli's the best in fish thali😍. Always fresh👌and great service.

Hotel is number one for those who love fish. Meals are good and tasty. We ate chicken thali and bangada fish curry. Good service at Arjun Hotel. Hotel is located on Service Road, Sangli Miraj Road. The hotel is not very expensive. The hotel is good.

One of the best hotel for FISH LOVERS

My wife was craving for fish that day, so i decided to visit randomly..

We had Suramai Thali, Bangada Thali and Mandeli Fry

Surmai Thali = 👍👍👍👍👍 full marks
Bangada Thali = 👍👍👍👍👍 full marks
Mandeli = 👍👍👍👍 good in taste

Taste = superb
Quality = awesome
Quantity = ultimate ( you will get 2 fishes in thali 😍)
