Good place to stay

My Dad ( who is elderly Octagoreion) went for a Medical conference and after the conference went to theWC toilet he got locked up inside and nobody was there on the floor to open it. He called me up, when I tried to contact the Hotel Nobody was attending the call. After half an hour i had to go myself personally to the Hotel for him. I took the Manager over there & went to the Top floor to open the Toilet room. Really pathetic staff with No responsibility for the Hotel Customers.
