Staff very very good 5 star for that;
Rooms good & in this cost very cost effective
4 star for that;
Location good
Searching the place by Google navigation was bit confusing for the first time,but the hotel reception helped by coming to road to take us there;
Not aware about food;
Further improvement needed on laundries cleaning ,as cleanliness was not up to the mark & 3 🌟 for that

small parking space is also available
they accept local id's and unmarried couples also..
there is very easy check in procedure...

It was a good experience staying at Hotel om gulmohar avenue . The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative. Manager Mr Dhaniram and others did their job perfectly. The housekeeping staff Mohan also was good.

Worst OYO room ever. They do not follow corona protocols at all , rooms were not sanitized or cleaned once used.

Dirty and used rooms... they did not Sanitize room nor change bedsheets, pillow covers after use and allow next guest to use the same room .... specially during such pandemic situation... which is a serious issue. if you are staying here than it's a RISK... as those used bedsheets can carry germs and CORONA viruses too....no staff at reception to take care of it... also they charge over and above your online payment at the time of checkout if you have done an early checkin (without informing you at time of checkin that there will be extra charge of early checkin). they should prior inform to customers if there are early checkin charges... I faced this situation and felt cheated. Hotel owner is very arrogant and always say quoted "IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM THAN COMPLAIN TO OYO NOT TO ME" which is totally an unprofessional behavior. Such unprofessional people are defaming OYO name.
OYO management should blacklist such premises as they are risking people's life by providing them used, unclean bedsheets. Dirty & Not sanitized rooms during this pandemic. A legal action should be taken against such premises for spreading COVID-19 through this cheap activity. It's a social responsibility... These money minded premises don't understand it and risk general public life.
