Food Delivery in Train from Hotel Sagar

Food quality was unbilevable. I found insect in pav bhaji nd insect was soo big. When i call to hotel they give me very rude reply for insect in pav bhaji. Dont order food from hotel sagar ratlam.

We had ordered food 2 hour ago in train and the train was expected to arrive at 9, but it arrived at 8.10 and the people from Sagar restaurant were so quick, they made it on time with Amazing Pav Bhajji and noddles (which we ordered). Do always try them. Not just the food, but they are kind enough to make sure, passengers doesn't miss food irrespective of time constraint. We just loved it. Thank you! ❤

dont order from this hotel . very poor food . i have ordered standard thali and they have given mini thali . with brocken pacakging . and the food quality and quantity was vey low . i can barely eat my rice with pinch of dal.

Never order any meal from this restaurant . I ordered 3 Maharaja thali for Rs. 740/- on 14 June 2022. It was not worth Rs. 50/- per thali. Reason being the thali container was poor quality, one cannot hold it in one hand. Secondly, the rice were half cooked, third the plastic wrapper was fixed by heating in such a way that it was difficult to take it out without spilling dal, fourth the Raita was bakwas, fifth the kabuli chana chhole were smelling like rooten one. Now one can understand the quality of food. So avoid it by name itself.

Dont order chinese foods its worst thing what ever you can imagine. cany take one byte

Ordered food from train today. Food was good in taste and also priced right. Need few add ons in train service like proper disposable plates, tissue paper to make it more enjoyable.

Gave specifications as we has a kid with us to prepare it without much spices. They did it perfectly with keeping the things in mind which I told while preparing the food.
Nice box packing with extra plates, complementary salad ans mouth freshner :)
Overall had nice food in train.

We ordered breakfast and lunch while returning from Barielly. The delivery guy arrived on time.
Poha and Aaloo Paratha in breakfast was good but missing curd with paratha and chutney with poha was a real disappointment.
Dal Khichadi and Thali for 2 had enough quantities. Other than green veg, all other dishes had good taste.
