Hotel Mid Town

"This is a modern lodge not a hotel."
Saying it hotel would be a great insult of Hotel word.
Labours are appointed in hotel as staff.
Front staff also not understanding and having no courtesy. Hygiene they must not have listened so no chance to maintain.
Poor & pathetic experience, loss of money, time & energy at property.

Very bad experience... I would not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel... Their service is very slow... staffs behaviour is very bad... we ordered for morning tea it was served cold...

Aroma Restaurant is not good , food and service is good but that chasmis boy who sits in receptionist and payment counter , is not good in behaviour and his way of talking and tone is very bad.
Do not pay cash here they will not return change .
I ordered masala papad in starter and they are giving it after main course.

Old property with broken fixtures... Food is ok ok... Overall not a good option to stay there in this price range... Disappointed...!!!

Good atmosphere, nice decorations but No aroma, no fragrance as the name suggests..
Overall good restaurant. Food quality is good. Not much spicy.

Had to stay here unfortunately due to a delay in flight, regarding already, pathetic room quality, washroom and burnt food - pls avoid at any cost I beg you..

I have visited twice in this hotel. My first experience was amazing but the second had some issues. They provide the room without installing any hotel service and we had to wait for a long time. It was almost 4 hours from our journey. Always overall the place is good.

Great service at decent price range, location is prime in jabalpur great value for money , service and food is also good .
