Opened adjacent to one of the best eating places in Kottayam and run by them it comes across as a disappointment.

The concept of original Kerala fast food stuff at low cost is really good but the manner in which it is done is disappointing to say the least.

It is a wayside eatery run by a fine dining facility. So one expects some finesse and class. Sorry, it's badly done.

I am NOT sure if it's a good idea to get ones hard earned reputation as the best hotel in Kottayam linked to this genere.

The food is pretty cheap but it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene.

Food served was cold . The plates were handled very unhygenically.

Attracted by bright lights Flies insects came swarming into the eating place, especially the bus reserved for families.

Knowing the hotel and it's standards I took my overseas guest but felt very let down. I kept telling them we will get off, but nice people they insisted on staying on.

Fine diners stay away.

I wanted to rate it really bad but rate it two only because the main hotel which I often patronise is the best place in kottayam for fine dining.

I am sure they will look into hygiene aspects.

Awesome restaurant with a wonderful ambiance . Nice food with less price . One of the best in kottayam town . They have seafood varieties and other non veg item. Multiple combo options are available

Good food service and thattukada ambience. The family bus is a newly added attraction and an innovative idea for serving food.
Taste is normal, nothing exceptional. Everything is in the spicy side. So after a point you will understand only one taste.

Delicious food. Affordable rates. Hygienic food handling. A fast food destination with authentic kerala dishes. My go to place for chicken shawarma .

Went there around 7.30 PM with family to try out the bus restaurant.
- Impressive seating
- Bad Service - They took order from us and after making us wait for 30 mins, they came back saying that most of the items that we ordered are not there. We ended up eating dosa/parotta with chicken/chutney 🤷‍♀️ Also, to get something from the staff, you need to remind them 10 times!!
- Badly mismanaged

Good place with a nice atmosphere. Brings a certain vibe to the place. The hotel has a decent parking area. The food served is of good quality and of good quantity too. They serve more quantity food to the customers. There are both outside and inside seating arrangements. Outside arrangement is in a bus which they decorated and arranged in a way to sit and eat food. Good ambience with tranditionally maintained hotel. The staff are well mannered.

Their food was fine at the beginning but after some months after opening they have lost the taste and quality overtime.. This is one of the restaurants in the kottayam which don't have consistency in their food, quality as well as in quantity.. Pricing is going up while the quality and quantity of the food going down.. It was an good restaurant back then but it is now become overrated...

Kidukkachi Restaurant like Thattukada in Kottayam ...with Nice Atmosphere and Good Food ☺️🥰
