Nijaguna Resort and Spa

Hotel is very good, they have divided veg and non veg section. Very hyegenic. Everything is neat and clean. Food vast not that tasty but looking ast the situation it was good. We reached hotel at around 11 and it was about to close. But the hotel management mad extra efforts to serve us better. Their mutton fry was good. Staff was very friendly.

It was a quite a good pit stop. We tried butter kulcha and paneer butter masala which was really a good choice then we ordered curd rice but never expected curd will be so bad, there was not even anything except the rice and the curd no masala no coriander leaves nothing it's just like how we usually have curd rice in our homes or at least if the taste wise if it's somewhat ok means we can try to have it a bit but the taste was also not at all good and also for that they charged around 70rs which will not at all worth. I would have given 4 stars at least but the main thing is they have not kept the place so clean & mainly when they won't give proper attention to other customers as they give for AIRAVATHA passengers they will 1st attend them after that with 2 3 times if we keep calling them they try to attend us. So 2*

Came here during my travel to Bengaluru where KSRTC AC bus stopped here for breakfast. Amazing spot.
Delicious food served here.
Rates are according to resort standards which means it bit high.
Very less waiters to serve the table. But food service is quick.
Cooperative staffs as well

We visited their pure veg restaurant on route to Ooty, while the outside looked appealing, the food is the worst South Indian food I had. Sambhar is like boiled dal, Idli batter seems stale, dosa was ok. The place is awfully dirty, and the kitchen was open and looked even more filthy. Go at your own risk, we had the worst breakfast.

Below average services for the money that we pay, In the bill for North Indian Thali(provided South Indian) they charge 180 rupees plus tax and self services. food quality was very bad

This is a beautiful property on Mysore Bandipur highway.

So you must be wondering, beautiful property and one start. So please read further.

So this is a wonderful property no doubt in it, I have attached pictures and you can see it. What makes them get this one start is the pathetic service.
1. No floor mats (neither in front of bathroom nor at the entry of the room)
2. No towels in bathroom.
3. At night the current goes of, once current goes out, you can't call the reception as the phone lines are dead, they have no number shared anywhere, if you go there and ask them they will tell you no back so it will come at 5am only.
4. Pathetic room service
5. Horrible/uninterested staff.
6. Food is pathetic.

We stopped in between the way for a break and night stay but it was worst experience.

We were not able to sleep all night as despite taking AC room we were suffering in heat and suffocation.

This is a wonderful property horribly maintained. Oh they won't give you water also, so make sure you argue and take water bottle.

Property is nice and cool, but the restorent is expensive. The quality is not upto the mark. Karanataka RTC buses are stopping for lunch.

The surroundings of the restaurant are clean. Parking spaces available.
Food is fantastic.
Clean interiors and washrooms. ( Can be better)
