Am ur regular customer before 6 years back onwords

4 pc hot crispy would take 35 mins and smoky red chicken would take 30 mins In last week, while they were advertising 7 mins or Free. What's the point if you have only selective items from a limited menu available for the promotion. There was a cat roaming around munching on the leftovers. None of the AC was working. Cleanliness & Hygiene was not maintained.

Place was unkempt. With 2-3 tables still having uncleared dishes for more than 5 minutes. The stink from the toilet pretty much covered 50 percent of the shop, one could only sit in the corners.

I wish there was a negative rating option. The chicken was rock hard and stale. It did not taste like chicken and I didn't know serving fried batter crumbs qualified as 'chicken popcorn'
I'm never eating anything from kfc ever again. It was so disgusting that it's helping me give up non veg. So thanks for that

Recently Ordered 10 Piece Chicken Leg, 1 Large PopCorn and 1 Medium Popcorn Via Zomato. But only 10 Piece Chicken Was Delivered. Up on calling KFC, the staff was saying they gave everything, delivery person might have Ate the Popcorns.Up On talking with delivery agent, got to know his innocence hence I sent him back to Kfc To Enquire so he called me from there and the KFC People were not ready to Speak to me through Delivery Person's phone. They arrogantly Said ,"Give Complaint to Zomato, we will take care, You Proceed, We have no problems". I Have Raised a High Priority Complaint on Twitter to take Strict Actions on these kind of Employees Who Ruin the Entire KFC brand.

Ordered few times from this place. They maintain the brand image and expectation well. Constant good quality maintained.

It was one of the worst experience I had ever had before. The chicken was not hot, but it took 15 minutes coock, compared to Five star chicken, quantity is less, taste is almost same. I would rate this in negative, not happy #KFC

My experience with Kengeri Branch is very bad, this is not based on one time order. They are never on time and the chickens also dint taste fresh. They called to inform they will be late which is good but this conversation went for 10 calls till I finally received after more than 1.5 hr. It was like heated in Owen and sent for delivery. Each piece felt like prepared sometime during the day and the pieces were also not juicy. I don’t think I will ever order from this place and also I don’t recommend others. The package was also not packed properly.

Fast service, tasty chicken, pleasing ambience, colorful, finger licking Chicken & welcoming staff.
They gave me a free coke can.
Loved the KFC experience.
Kengeri is finally developing.
Will come again.
