Horrible fresh menu jakkur. Delivered non veg item instead of potato shots. We are pure vegetarian. Ordered through Amazon food app. I had to throw all food. Now amazon food people are not responding. I want full refund. Will never order from fresh menu and also will stop using amazonfood app. Ridiculous people so irresponsible

Not going to lie but this was the worst order experience i have had in a long while. As you can see in the picture the burger is 300 rupees but looks like something less than 50 rupees worth of food. Everything was ice cold. The Schezwan noodles was good and spicy enough to light up your tongue on fire. Do not remember the last time I did this but can confidently say I will never order from here again.

After confirming the order & making me wait for 1 hr + , there was no update on my order made via Swiggy, very unprofessional behavior by the restaurant, they should not accept the order if they cannot fulfill it.

Pathetic. Ordered via swiggy, delivery including preparation time was 40 min. Even after 1 hour food not prepared. They are not even attending the call of Swiggy Team, telling the delivery guy directly it takes another 1 hour. So much drama for a cloud kitchen. Then please don't accept an order if you cannot prepare in agreed time. 2 hours to prepare is ridiculous.
