Hotel Skyblu & Rooftop Restaurant, Godda

Prior experience and delivery quality was good. Bad experiences during last visit forced in a reduced rating. Although the management responded well but food quality was like a roadside cart and don't know if it's a good option for your taste buds considering other available options in city.

I stayed at hotel sky Blu godda for 5 days and it was a good experience overall ..the food is awesome, at par with high end restaurants..the staff is also very friendly and the rooms are good..I would recommend you go for the top end room so that you get various other facilities with it...there are ac and non AC rooms for you to choose

Service is very bad.......nd the way they talk with there customer is also very rude...the food quality are ok ok.....but overall I don't like this restaurant

The most worst hotel in the town. We reached the hotel after completing our work at 9.00 PM . There kitchen closes at 10.00 PM. I even told them to take the order for food as it already became late. They told that kitchen is closed as it became late. We asked where we would get food they told that they dont know.
Here u cannot eat as u wish, here u have to eat according to staff. They tell us what u have to eat.
You cannot got tea or coffee in the morning
You cannot got breakfast even at 9 :30 AM, when we ask why is late, they told staffs are not available they are sleeping.
Then we ordered lime soda, he gave lemon tea and making me understand that this is lemon soda. He confuses u what u have ordered and what u have got.
Even we already told him I'll have dinner at the rooftop as usual but they told that that restaurant is booked for someone anniversary party, but we already booked this hotel for 7 days, he denied to serve us at the rooftop. He forced to dine-in in the room. Their room have no ventilation and the Washroom Flush is not Working.
The service was very bad. All Staffs even Manager behaviour was also very rude.
They provide dirty blanket whick have marks of Blood And bad smell and bloody towel to us, we complained about this but there is no response. Then we used our own towel at this hotel.
Those who stays in hotels very rare would give them good reviews.
When u want deserts like gulab Jamun he surrender that I have no deserts Now, I'll arrange next day, again next day when we ask they have same reply that next day I'll arrange.
Again we told him atleast serve us something sweet item like butterscotch icecream he again told that ice-cream is melted because fridge is not working properly and serves us milk in the name of icecream. When u ask for mineral order he tells us that I'll arange but after an hour there is no response, lastly we have to buy water from nearest store. I have very bad experience at this hotel. I finally tell u that guys pls never go here.This hotel is one of the poorest hotel in the city.I just hate this. 😔😡
