Smoked

This is my last day at Ranchi. Had a wonderful time enjoying weddings for a week and who could have thought my last few hours would be so memorable. I went to smoked for food and I am taking back memories. An absolute treat to meet the owner's, Souvik and Shalini. I would recommend this place a zillion times who so ever visits Ranchi.

Never order anything from this fraudulent restaurant, the food is trash and the customer service is the worst I've ever seen anywhere in Ranchi.
We had ordered some food which totalled around Rs. 900, but the payment was debited 3 times from our account, because of their faulty POS system. And when we asked for our money back, they refused to refund the amount and even after taking the police with us, they outright refused to return a single cent back.
Just leaving this review here for everyone to see what a disgusting and fraud restaurant it is.

The five star I gave is for its lovely ambience.
And food is also delicious here. We tried here chicken roll, veg roll, chicken lollipop(biggest I have tried) , chicken biryani, virgin mojito, red sauce pasta, white sauce pasta, chocolate shake.
My recommendations are chicken lollipop and chocolate shake.

Very poor experience lady owner misbehaving with customer extra charge 50 rupees for washroom use per person very irritating and harrasment people and staff members
Restaurants always have toilets. We have come to know that in high-end coffee shops and restaurants, people are not allowed to use the washrooms for free. Hence, we decided to make it mandatory now. Sometimes, people have to buy something from the hotel or bistro in order to use the toilet, but it will not be so anymore,” said Mr Rao, President of the Association

Pleasant experience taste and quantity of the food was very good also budget friendly & ambience was good.

Very cheap decoration and over pricing. Very bad service and the manager behaved rudely. Worst cafe in Ranchi !
Not recommended at all.

Totally satisfied with the food and the overall experience.
