Very poor service's 3 day ago order dinner from the heights so while doing payment my amount got deducted twice i visited the restaurant I told them everything shown them transaction they confirmed and said right the owner is not available we will refund you it shortly I thought i'll receive my amount within next 2-3 hrs then i went home but 24hrs passed still no update from their end even they took my Gpay number other details but they did't refund my amount do next day I again done follow up with them they said sorry sir we forgot owner is not available right just give me ur contact number today u will receive ur refund but still not get it again i done follow up the they said same thing again but i still didn't received by amount so guys i'll suggest u plz us cash while purchasing something from this restaurant don't us online payment other wise u have to suffer like me

Mostly bad quality food overpriced for what they serve I've been ordering for long time because no other food outlet near me. No proper staff anyone will pick the phone and they don't even know what they're job is delivery are late amd it's not even that far from my house. I would not recommend this restaurant they have the benefit of having less competition so they don't care about customer satisfaction.

Good place to eat... Veg and non veg. Food quality and quantity is good as well.

We go there once or twice in every month. Good food with best friends.....enjoy every movement.

Very rude manager.. while paying the bill, restaurant did not have change to return the balance amount, and manger instead handed over 5 and 10 rs coins for the balance amount

One of the decent overall restaurants in the locality. Ample sitting space, parking facility, decent food, nominal pricing & good staff behavior. There's quite sitting area for hosting a group of people from your office/family. The food quality is also good with home delivery option available.

This family restaurant is situated in a building adjoining sarswati complex at kasumptii bus stand Shimla. This restaurant is famous for vegetarian and non vegetarian food in kasumpti area of shimla city. This restaurant also provides home delivery service to its customers within the radious of 2-3 kilometres if they order food of value of more than Rs 500 .

Very bad staff, not trained at all, worst food and poor customer services. Not at all recommended.
