Wild Fire

The Churrascaria selection comes surrounded by a red bean pilaf, some tzatziki and some mini pita bread. The Coxa de Frango is a roasted chicken sprinkled with the Chef's secret spicy mix. Tender chicken that explodes in your mouth with every bite. The tenderloin, Fraldinha is cooked to a perfect medium rare. The juices virtually trickle out every time the knife slices through the meat. The prawns, Camarao jiggle up a medley of flavours with the saltiness from the sea food complementing the mustard seasoning perfectly.

Wild Fire.. The name itself sends tremors down my spine as I say it... It was the most amazing experience ever I have had up till now since my return to India.. The buffet menu itself was so filling-- starters, salads, breads, dips, and soups.... Etc!!!! And when the main course came.. My oh my... It was like so much exotic!!!! The prawns, kababs, sausages, fillets, chicken, pork, and lamb.... They just kept coming and we kept gorging..... My eyes and brain could never have enough.... But alas my stomach just gave me the red signal...!!!! I had gone with my colleagues and they are all huge gym goers with double my appetite.. But surprisingly I ate as much as them that night at Wildfire....! The staff were so polite and decent... And they were careful to carry out all our small wishes.... Thank you Wild Fire and Team!!!! Will surely visit again.!!

Excellent experience as always. One of the only places in the country which serves Brazilian Churasco.

Amazingly beautiful meats grilled and served beautifully by the expat chef onto your tables is a delightful experience. Ambience is superb, dim lighting with big fireballs burning outside just create the most romantic and soothing aura.

Service is good.

We had a corporate get together and we thought the environment would be friendly within the restaurant. Never saw a business hotel where the waiters were gloomy and glum and you had to request them to do rounds to serve people food and starters. The chef was enthusiastic but the people who are closest to the tables were completely disinterested and would even forget to serve you. Cleaning tables between rounds was a nightmare with dropped cutlery and plates and broken china. I hope the hotel management hires people who make you welcome. For a hospitality business there was no hospitality to be seen.

Excellent service by everyone! Tenzen and Shanu were superb in their service, and really made our dining experience a treat. Please give this place a visit and you can be sure of top notch service and care!
