Loved the way they treat their customers. Good food, nice ambience is all you expect from a restaurant. No doubt they give you extra sambhar and nariyal chutney for no cost.

Authentic south Indian food but, Bit costly.

I visited with my wife and daughter for south Indian food in dinner.we prefer food without onion and garlic
Which is available as jain option.The floor captain sh surender singh and waiter Rajesh yadav attended us.we got the best service.
The food quality is well maintained But expensive .The cost can be reduced if franchise owner and main sagar ratna management decide on rational basis..The steel crockery/cutlery could also be changed or disposable introduced.The seating arrangement is too congested should be looked in to. Over all very good rating is deserved.

I saw that the ratings are good on Google, so I went with my parents here two days after Diwali.
The manager here lacks etiquettes. The manager here or whoever it was made us change our table twice just to accommodate more people faster, it upset my parents. There is no proper coordination among the waiters, multiple waiters came and kept asking if we gave our order. It was two days after Diwali, the place was crowded and noisy. Sitting is bad, some of the tables are placed too near.
We left the restaurant without having food, not willing to visit again. The manager didn't even apologize.
Food might be food but please teach some manners to the manager.

Paneer hara pyaz, lahsuni parantha and obviously south Indian dishes are my favs to have here.
Ambience is quite normal just go have food and be back, nothing special.
Moderate pricing.
Kids friendly.

Great service, food and family like ambience.
Really enjoyed Dahi Idli, fried idli, & north indian food which was unexpectedly good the restaurant being a south indian speciality.
Garlic mirch naan, Kadai paneer, roti were scrumptious. Must try!

Sagar Ratna is all time Favourite of mine. Their service, Their Food both are best and authentic in nature. Atmosphere is also good. Their South Indian Thali is awesome. I asked them to replaced White Rice with Poories and they do the same with 2 Quantities of Poories.

Kindly Visit the place and take experience by our own about all the things. Atleast visit the place with your family once in a month. Rest up to you friends.
