Ambience was nice. Taste wise okay. Parking space available. Service was good but quite expensive, overpriced.

Ambience is nice but they do not serve gujrati thali anymore for which we went there

Me and porbandar cycling clubs 24 other rider going porbandar to somnath by cycle and we stay at VITS the somnath gatway hotel and diner at swadsagar resturant. Hotel facility is 5 star and resturant food is super 5 star sarvis.

Food was amazing. And above it nice behaviour of staff 👍

This average looking place will surprise you with the quality of food. One remarkable item is its variety of sizzlers which has no match in the segment and the price. The ambience is average and noisy but its worth the food provided. The staff is very local and lacks professional skills to deal with pan Indian customers. The seating is also average. In short its worth for food on the hurry or while on the move and not for fine dine experience. Last but not the least this is one of the best restaurants in this locality. So go for it if you are visiting Somnath.

I feel if someone is looking for a nice fine dining option near Somnath or Veraval then this is where their search ends ..
The food is quite good although rates are not quite low and it's comparable to a decent city restaurant (rate wise)
However you can be assured of good quality and taste with almost all dishes ..
We ordered the following dishes
Paneer 65 - quite good and probably the best dish of our order
Lemon Coriander Soup - the taste was good although it was not traditional lemon coriander was a subtle version of manchow soup
Dal fry - now this could have been a lot better it was bland for a dal fry

Starters - Hara bhara kabab was not upto the mark but the main course was good in taste.
Service is very slow here to take your good 2 hours from prior.

we entered at closing time so service was already expected to be low but they did great job yet. but the food was lacking some salt as my other friends didn't liked I enjoyd it so 👍🏻👍🏻
