Good place with a very unique concept of robot as waiters😍good ambience and very nice and trained staff😄 Rates are moderate but worth the taste😋Robos are only for bringing your food on your table. If you are going with high expectations of seeing the robos, you might get disappointed but YOU CAN SURELY GO FOR THE DELICIOUS FOOD THEY HAVE😋🤗

Overprice restaurant which serves tasteless food. I had Paradise island drink (it was horrible, with lots of ice and 1-2 spoons of artificial fruit juice/syrup, they charged me 200 rupees for this pathetic drink) hot chilli potatoes (tasteless, with salad on the side which didn't have any dressing) and some papad roll (it was too oily, oil was literally dripping while we were holding it to eat). I had a horrible experience in this place.. The ambience is good and is the only saving grace. The robot served us food only once even though we had ordered 3 dishes. The staff was good. Overall, this place doesn't serve good food and charges a lot. So, it's not worth going. I hope they will improve food taste and quality in the future.

The Restro Robo Café provides you with a variety of cuisine and can be visited with family or friends and Eclipse is the Smoking/Hookah zone. The kitchen is same but sitting area is separated so no issue with the ones, who are non-smokers or have smoking issues.
Now comes the review part:
1.Coming to cleanliness+exterior and interior designs = 5/5
2.Ambiance= No doubt that it is good as it provides an all together new experience to raipurians especially if they have not visited Bangalore’s café. Again = 5/5
3.Reach= Firstly, you have to change lifts to reach the café which is not a bad thing, however the lift is way to small. What if, you are claustrophobic? Yeah, don’t visit the place, I mean no one is forcing you…
moving forward Secondly, there is huge wait, which is good right? Good, if only it meets your ends! which ends up more like a dream, hence highly overrated. We have to wait for around 30 minutes which wasn’t too long considering the flood of people…
Okay, I understand there are, robots and you want to have different experience so wait is worth right? What if, that wait actually leads to serving of cold food…. Alas! if that’s fine with you! And mind it, no taste…
4.For food and Delivery review.= 1/5 Hmm, to clear the fact, the food is displeasing and distasteful. In short, No taste whatsoever
We ordered Schezwan fried rice which had weird taste of anise. Similarly, Pizza and Garlic Bread had had unnatural taste of peppermint. Don’t order Spaghetti or pasta (we had white sauce pasta) as they were again tasteless or weird. We also ordered some mushroom dish which was never plated, i.e. service is way too slow, so at the end, we have to cancel that. We never got a chance to taste sweet dish as except for Gulab Jamun nothing was available that day.
5.I know kids get happy seeing fancy robots, I got fond of them too, so if you really want to go there,then,
Important Note: just ask the servers to serve rest of the dish except one, so that only one dish is cold/late and when robot reaches your table, have some fun clicks!
So the 1 no. (in rating 1/5) goes to the pleasant dishes that were Paneer Chilly and Hakka Noodles! Worth the taste.
And yeah poor stucture as there is no fire exit or proper stairs to take you down. The one that goes via kitchen was closed when we asked if we can take stairs, so unexplored!
