This place is great when it comes to Ambiance which most of us look for.
There is no doubt about it.
I loved the open roof concept as well as the closed ones. No disturbance by any staff once you order something.
Then the question arises, why I have still given 2 stars.
Those two stars are only for the great ambiance.
We ordered:
1. Oreo Cookie Shake
2. Hideout Signature Coffee
Anyone can get astonished by the glass decoration and its large size, but that's the game here.
First the quality: It was average, to be very honest. There is no difference b/w these shakes and Faluda shake on the street. Taste similar.
Now the quantity: These glasses are made in such a shape that they look very big but the actual quantity is not even half of what we assume.
For that, giving 200 bucks on average is way more costly than anything.
For sure, not going to visit this place again, if I have to pay.

Also, if the owner is reading this message, please look over the rates. It is very costly and you are fooling us with the extra decoration and glass size.
I know, 90% dont even acknowledge the fact that the quantity is not even half of what it serves and also the quality.
Let's see positives in the future.

Probably the worst experience in Patna. This was my first time visiting and I what I was hoping for is opposite to what I experienced.
The staff is horrible. First up, too many staff for such a small layout. Hence there was too much commotion, not by visitors but staff itself. It was as if they were having their own time. And yet nobody answered when we called for service. They confirmed our order thrice and yet we were served wrong food, which we ended up cancelling as it took them 50 mins to prepare.

The food was okayish. They are not a roastery so expect mediocre coffee. We ordered a frappe. It was anything but creamy. And who puts vanilla ice-cream in a frappe? It should be topped with whipped cream!

The place is dusty and lacks cleanliness and lustre.

There was a power outage and no body cared to turn on back up supply. It took them 15 mins to get power backup. We were sitting in complete darkness as shown in the picture attached.

All in all, would not recommend and this place is completely overrated. 2/10

The ambience is good. The songs and vibe over there is nice.. i ordered cappuccino,tandoori paneer pizza, veg nuggets and tandoori paneer sandwich which was satisfactory. Quality and quantity is okay but the food is bit over-priced. Veg nuggets is really not worth it. Didn't like it at all..
Other than this there was mosquitoes and a rat too even the behavior of staff wasn't nice. That's why 2 stars.

Wanna uplift your mood and wondering where to go.
Guys if you haven't visited Cafe Hideout you are literally missing a lot of things.
First of all, a great ambience.
Then super friendly staffs who hear you and make delicious item as per your taste bud. They generally take care of everything. And suggest the best according to your mood or hunger, in case you need suggestion.
Even if you're strolling and you land here, don't worry they got it all covered.
Most amazing person I met in Patliputra cafe Hideout is "Krishna Kumar bhai". This person is literally the best. Suggests what's special on the menu which will match my taste bud.
Come with your friends and treat yourself with the best food or drinks.
You don't have to think about other things just have a good time with your friends and staffs here will make sure your needs are covered.
P.S. if you and you're friends 🚬 they have a different outdoor sitting just for you and your gang..
If you don't 🚬 🚭 no worries they have a separate space for the smokers and you won't be having a difficult time unlike many restaurants.

My fave coffee choco Java chip which was so good loved it
They serve hot and cold coffee both with freshly brewed beans
The mocktails are even amazing too
They have many shakes and smoothies too which go amazing by the food
They have Chinese Indian and Italian cuisine
The honey chilli potato was tasty and perfect
Masala fries are a must try
The garlic bread has amazing cheese pull and cannot be missed
The nachos are good way to start meal
We tried the sandwiches also the veg and paneer were a good combo
Pizzas have good toppings and great cheese taste
Sizzlers are a must try they have both continental and Chinese and both are delicious
The desserts are amazing to finish the meal the brownies and the cakes are great on taste and texture and not over sweet
Highly recommend this place for good food and amazing ambience

Very decent employees, very helpful.
I ordered chicken lollypop and chocolate milkshake. Both were top notch. There is outdoor facility also so smokers can smoke and enjoy their meal. Overall it is great place.

The cafe is bit small is you're coming with a group of 5-6 people,the indoor is not having enough space you need to sit outside of you're coming with a group,the food is average, services is good ,staffs are well behaved and gentle.
