AC was not working
Was sweating and can't enjoy the food
Chicken was good
Drinks were not cool enough
Burgers were ok

We used to dine in everytime we visit Guntur. We absolutely love it!

But I'd say go around afternoon at 1pm. Do not go at 11 am! I cannot stress this more as they are not as good as the ones at 1 pm onwards. For some reason what we got today was super oily. We cannot enjoy our food at all.

But nonetheless I loved it here after hyderabad KFC in the airport. Delhi Airport being top 1.

Also, sometimes they just ask for cash payment. So be ready for that and do have cash in hand just in case.

Visited again Oct 22, 2022. The food was bland and it was covered with some masala excessively added on top. It's not even spread, concentrated at the same place.

The air conditioning isn't working we were drenched in sweat all over.

Washroom door was locked and we couldn't wash our hands either.

Somehow the cola was also kind of bland. Was it diluted? I'm not sure. I guess they are moving to New place, hence the quality drop

AC not working. No proper staff the are unable to provide the drinks that come in combo. Only one bill counter is working no watch wan for parking. So much wait time. They need to improve their services. I ordered KFC bucket the didn't give me in buc6

Good location, ample of space for Dining. Also enough space for parking two wheelers.

Non availability of products from the Menu, un- trained order takers and the staff who is lacking knowledge is resulting to downgrade the brand standards. Also we need to check the order thoroughly while we are receiving, otherwise we will be missing some of the items in the order. These things need to get noticed and improved as soon as possible.

Even the cleaning and hygiene standards needs an improvement in this outlet.

UFC outlet which is near to Spencer serving the same quality food, which they are offering for lesser price as well. If you guys are not maintained the standards, you might loose your business.

I hope this is the right time to regain the customer satisfaction and customer retention.

On wednesday there is a deal for 749, and when i wanted to order that, they refuse to take the 749 order(9 pc Hot n crispy, 4 strips, 2 Fries, 2 drinks) and claiming that their software had a problem that it will bill the 749 as 999, how the hell it can happen when kfc maintains the centralised POS system. They finally forced me to buy another Order for 599 which is jus 10pc Hot n crispy.

This Franchise owner is trying to save up the money and misleading the customers by not serving the Company based offers.

Also i have called customer care and the executive are unaware of the 749 offer on theor own menu and hung up the call with no solution.

Food is good but, after renovation everytime they are saying no dine in because they don't have Ac and fans....

No discipline ....i think first the management to educate the staff so that everything will be fine. I was waiting for more than 10 minutes in the lane and some random people went directly to the counter and ordered. The billing counter guy has no minimum sense that there are a couple of people standing in the lane and waiting for a long time and happily taking the order from them... Very bad experience and it was my first and last visit too 😊
