SVA Hotel Grand

The experience was not good. I didn't stay here. I had my lunch planned at SVA. Had taken few of friends along. The food was below average. All of us didn't liked it. The value proposition for the food is below average. I can be biased as I only had veg food, but that's just a excuse for the restaurant. I would rather visit SVD next time, or Arabian Mandi nearby. The competition is getting tough, and the owners should recognise what they are serving.

The serving lady was very courteous. 😀

It's not just a place, it's a landmark. Located at its best of the happening city Srikakulam. Building consists of three floors, ground being the rooms, first and second floors are for function halls. Building has a lift for easy access to basement to second floor. Parking space is available but not well maintained.

Srikakulam is a very typical and non commercial area
Hence cost of rooms are very high. Un avoidable circumstances.

Grand is little simple. Rooms no quality. Service is ok. Maintenance is poor.
Better than other low cost hotels.

Easy to identify but generator problems occur frequently because of usual power cuts... A bit of a bad experience during our event.

I went for restaurant only, chicken lollipop and chiken spl biryani, quantity is good, taste also good, but the price is little high

The hotel is average. Rooms are not updated.Beds not that comfortable .There is a menace of bed bugs. That's scary. I would request the management to take proper care of their beds.
The other facilities are ok. The food is good at their resturant.

Even they didn't served raita and gravy with fried rice... Friedrice also tastes bad
