Had very bad experience with this place... Took takeout for about three times but the quality and taste of the food is getting worse day by day... Hotel management is not maintaining it at all.

Any business across the globe depends on the Customers. So, customers are treated as God in business industry.

Last week, I visited this hotel for Chicken Joint. The owner of this hotel sitting in the cashier counter was a bit rude and told me that it will be ready in 20 minutes. I went and returned after 45 minutes, he again mould his face in rude and told me that "It is not ready, will take more time". I sat there for few minutes trying to understand why he was rude to me. But, he is speaking in the same tone with every customer.

Mr. Owner of Hotel Sri Lakshmi, please understand that you are in this position because of your customers. Please do not be rude to the customers and to your staff.

If you have earned so much money in your business, you have to be grounded. You are not a God. If your customers stop coming to your hotel, you will be back to where you come from. Please understand the reality and treat your customers with outmost respect.

The food is very bad, tried mutton biryani and chicken biryani. Mutton pieces are chewy and chicken is also not good. For curries all we got is loads of onion gravy which doesn't taste good. Pricey when compared to other quality restaurants but with poor quality food. I suggest not to eat here.

This legendary eatery serves traditional maharaja cuisine from the royal courts of Vizianagaram.

Their food items are curated in that way I think they won't change the traditional items from it.

All the food is prepared on wood fire to give that perfect taste, finishing & rustic look.

Interiors of this outlet takes you back to early 1950's.

Service team & the owner are just having sharp sense towards reaching the customer's.

Try their chicken biriyani, egg curry & mutton curry. You just love them. Check clicks for information.

This is a great restaurant running from past 60 years. Here we can get all types of non veg cuisines and biryanis.
We can feel the taste as home food. The taste of dishes we can taste here is unique. Price is some what more and quantity is less with comparative to other. We can't find the restaurant easily because it is having small name board and entry, so you can take help of Google maps and Every one must try this taste minimum once.

Ordered fry piece biriyani and joint biriyani, rice was not cooked well , though conveyed the same to owner and server didn't responded properly. Even 1* is given . So server gave plain rice to eat no respect to customer and not accepting feedback openly.i'm never gona visit this place again.
