They've got a very supportive staff that catered to all our requests. Surrounded by greenery and a big pool, this place is ideal for relaxation.
The food was very delicious even without the onion-garlic that we had requested. Event decoration was executed exactly as per the discussion. Very happy with the whole experience.

A beautiful resort with epic views of their garden and pool. The premium rooms we got were not as expected and were old but since they were renovating so it was okay plus the delicious food and lovely ambience compensated for everything. The staff was well behaved and friendly. Stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience.

Not recommended. Rooms are not cleaned. Utensils in which we were served were also not washed properly. Would suggest everyone to not waste money on this kind of place. Merely putting pics of garden, pool and entrance they fool their clients. Location is far away from the main points of visit. Everyone can understand that why I am writing this long review, just to save your money and precious time that we all spend with our family during vacation!

Stayed for a night, the first thing wanted to share is I got 3 different prices, highest online, 2nd from there central team and 3rd the lowest from hotel directly. All of these in just 1 day, I'm not referring to longer period. Hotel is good, ambience is good, nice big parking, greenery, big nice pool, but the rooms are just below average...as per the rate they are charing, rooms are overpriced. No minibar fridge in room, which is a must looking at the price point, rooms are average, washroom WC is wobbling, towels in bad shape, amenities not placed. Thanks to the team for upgrading us and taking good care...Stay was average but yes we did enjoyed the pool.

The rooms are beautiful - all of them recently renovated. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. It's a very green place. The breakfast was complementary with great options. I enjoyed my stay at Narayana.

It is a but overpriced hotel not all that amenities are available. There are too many monkeys of which v have to take care of. The pool was closed.
