Good things .. Good location, right at beginning of Mall road. Tasty food, good spread in buffet. Sufficient private parking. Complimentary food service for kids. Minibar priced at MRP.
Bad things... Lobby between room is very small. And not very clean either. Room height is small, heighting feeling of congestion. Small bathrooms. Monkey problem, eliminates possibility of seating outside for meal. Monkey raided our room for food in our room. Rat infestation.. thankfully just in lobby area.
Considering prices, I was expecting little more cleanliness. Therefore giving only 3 stars.

I had a great experience in Fortune resort. The staff is very friendly and professional. I booked 2 valley view rooms and both the rooms were spacious enough for 2 adults with an infant. Can also accommodate extra beds for a kid. The room was clean and the view was stunning. The location of the hotel is at walking distance to mall road and one can enjoy the evening walk on the road. It has a parking space which is a plus point for a hotel in busy Mussoorie streets. The buffet and food quality is good. It also has a kids activity area, spa and outdoor activity. My stay was very pleasant and I will visit again. Thanks for your services.

We booked this hotel at a sky high price where we payed for two nights in a valley facing room with balcony. The best thing about this hotel is its location and approach. It is located right in the centre of the city.The rooms are ok with very small bathrooms. The room we were booked into, had hair on the bedsheet and the bathroom was not very clean. As we reached late at night, so we mentioned about it the next day. Our room was changed the next day but the room in which we were shifted after raising our cleanliness issues (supposedly a clean room) had stains on the walls of the room as well as the washroom. Cleanliness is a major issue with this hotel, it seems and needs an upkeep. The food served in breakfast is good. One good thing seen in this hotel is the complementary High Tea served to all guests. The hotel staff is polite and courteous, and they seemed to be out of options and explanation when the cleanliness issue was raised.If u r ready to spend that much money, better spend some more and check into some of the luxury hotels!One more thing to mention- Mussoorie trip now is not that exciting as the city is over crowded and dirty!

One of the finest hotels of Fortune. The location is simply best, rooms are spacious, great views are there from balconies. Service from the staff is on the top, each and every staff is very helpful & humble. Different activities are also available here for adults & kids.

✍️....An awesomely fantasmic Resort Hotel in Mussoorie 👍👍👍👍👍. We stayed at this hotel in Jan for 3 days. The location of this hotel simply blows u away 🌠 and what a hospitality 😎👌. Balcony views of the mountains and valley is pristine and if lucky u can spot the white bush tailed monkeys right on the trees outside from the balcony. Staff Hospitality is at its best & simply outstanding. Breakfast spread is awesomely yumiliciously delicious 😋🍽️😘. We also had dinner one of the days and quite good. Ambience is top notch and convenience to move around outside this hotel is 👌. Overall a super dhinaku dhin dhaa experience 👌😘🥳👍👍👍👍👍. Yes quite expensive but luxury comes at a price ₹₹₹ ain't it. If in Mussoorie head straight to this resort hotel and I will definitely get a shabhaash for this.

It's an amazing property with great location in Mussoorie. The cherry on top is it's courteous staff, kids play area, outdoor activities and lip smacking food at an apt price point. I would like to specially thank Vikash, Deepika and Anil who went extra mile to make a memorable and pleasing stay. Highly recommended property for anyone visiting Mussoorie.
