The trip was full of exciting pleasant surprises. Thanks to Ms Rimpy of the reservations team for helping us plan our three nights holiday & for making special arrangements for us including the surprises :) Specially done up room, cake & the once in a lifetime experience of dining inside the river..could really not even have imagined that. Thank you for making it all memorable. I recommend Aranyam to one & all and surely this is the only resort we will be staying at whenever coming to Rishikesh.
The rooms are very comfortable, the location is stunning, the food is great and there is a wide variety of activities to choose from to suit different taste but the highlight of Aranyam hands down is their friendly and extremely caring employees that seem to have been well trained by the management to go all out of their way to keep the guests happy.
Can’t wait to get here back and meet these lovely people who feel more like family now.
I am already missing Aranyam and the smiling faces of the entire team who spoilt us with pampering on our last holiday at this totally very-different-from-a-hotel place. The rooms are very very comfortable & I loveeeeed spending time in the huge balcony overseeing the river. Feel BLESSED and full of GRATITUDE for the superb experience here.
Highly recommended.
I read somewhere on their website that the resort name means Serene Wilderness and after an amazing stay at Aranyam I can say it with authority that its true to its name. IMO 90% of this place is about wilderness and hard to beat location. The balance 10% is joyful as well with the wonderful staff members, the amazing Chef Mr. Ramola, Mr. Darshan who guided us during our excursions to attend the famous Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat and Neelkanth Mahadev Temple. Accommodation is comfortable in plush rooms and comfortable tents.
Location is very tricky
Never ever plan to reach this property after sunset or sunrise
It was like a night are for me. No light no help in middle of no where
Also the numbers given in site are of no help
Specially that rimppy mam’s number which they provide to ever
She never pucks the phone never call back no matter what . Such a irresponsible and unprofessional behavior from hers
Govind ji the boy in the resort was a great help and the only readon i am giving four stars
Food was fine not too good or bad. With limited choices. Breakfast had better options and taste.
We loved the cold backdrop with bon-fires every night with all guests around enjoying.
There are twelve rooms in all to offer. Room size is decent with balconies with water front. You need to walk down some distance from “ON Road Parking” (parking facility is not there) on to river banks to reach hotel. Avoid taking heavy baggage as their hotel’s porter will have to carry them.
Place will be inaccessible and should be avoided in rainy or high water time, due to close proximity to unpredictable water body.
However staff is courteous and cooperative
