Simply say that the Hotel and Resorts are good for service and variety.

We ate dinner. Very few restaurants ask about their food they served, it's one of them which I liked. Food was also good. Most important was the ambient for dining.
You can enjoy your birthday party here is you like this give.

Though it is nicely built but lacks in essential professionsl hotel industry standards.
Like for eg., attending service calls - poor
Wifi & TV to rooms - we dint get at all.
3 of us stayed but 3rd extra bed provision was very bad.
Overall lot more to do to expect hotel industry standards.

It's a new hotel and rooms are good. But bathrooms are very badly designed. Internet is very spotty. They have router in the first floor. In the second floor the signals are so weak that connectivity is non existent. Service also needs lot of improvement

It's a huge property located on the NH27 just after you cross the saryu river if you are coming from Faizabad side. It is divided into blocks starting from A to E. The interiors are beautifully designed, providing lots of intragramable spots. Its a beautiful blend of comfort and luxury with ultra mordern facilities. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. It has ample Open Space Parking Area. The food was very good. I chose this place for my destination wedding in Ayodhya. I had the full D block allocated for me and my guests for the haldi and mehendi-sangeet functions and Block A for marriage. The quality of food was very good. I had 56 different items served in my wedding feast. I personally enjoyed all the meals served in breakfast, lunch and dinner. My personal favourite dishes were manchurian and noodles, paneer lababdar, paneer kadhai, Missi roti, lassi. In starters I loved their Manchurian balls, cheese balls, paneer tikka and spring roll. And in sweet dish I must tell that the gajar ka halwa was the best I had ever tasted. Moong dal ka halwa and gulab jamun were also good. There pav bhaji and Dosa had a North Indian touch to it and had a unique flavour. All in all I really enjoyed the stay and food here. The property is well maintained and clean . The staff was cooperative. My guests and family members also had a great time in the resort.

Very good Hotel for stay when in Ayodhya. Maintains a high quality service. Room are clean and hygienic. Courteous and polite staff. Good quality food. Value for money.

Hotel rooms were good.. Lift was not there.. And hot water was bot available properly.. If these things are fixed, this would be an excellent place to stay in Ayodhya

I stayed on 4th Dec, 2022 night, checked in at 11pm . I got into the room and found hot water was not coming in bathroom. I complained directly at reception because intercom wasn't working. Reception people, Mr. Sharma told, it'd come in morning. We'd to bathe, so it was disgusting for. On our repeated request to solve the issue, we're shifted to another room on first floor. I'd a lady ages 78 yrs, and shifting with luggage at 0130 am of night was a horrible experience. Not only that, they forgot to return my Aadhar card after completion of formalities. I also couldn't remember while leaving.
Then I called them to send it at my address which they deliberately delayed for more than a fortnight. In the beginning, they lied that they sent my Aadhar but didn't send the receipt of courier. Thereafter I threatened them that I would take up the matter legally, then they sent it after 15 days.
So, it was worst experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in Heritage hotel, at least in अयोध्या. It's sad and unfortunate that such reputed hopes deal so arrogantly.
