We were there only for dinner . The over all experience was very average. The dining hall was very hot and the stench from the washrooms was evident and disturbing. Service was good and efficient but the food overall was v average. We had elders with us who do not prefer such spicy food . Most items were a bit spicy. However the soups and breads (naan and rumali roti) were v good. They can clearly work a bit on ambience especially keeping their washrooms clean as theyare within the dining hall.

I recently stayed with my friends that was a wonderful stay. Property well maintained. Rooms have good views well finished. Food was fantastic, staff is helpful specially thanks for Mr. krishna kumar front desk. Recommend to visit.

My father stayed in the Hotel on 19th Aug 2022 and had a bad experience. Shower was not working and no TV found in Delux Room. After complaint, the room was changed. Again shower was not working and Water was leaking from wash basin drain on the floor. It was an nightmare and became very disappointed. It was an overall bad experience.

I stayed onn19th Aug and had bad experience and shifted to another hotel next day. A very poor housekeeping and smelling bathroom, shower not working, TV not working in Delux Room. Not advisable for business stay at a price they offer.

I stayed on 19th Aug 2022, and booking was made directly in person. I told the Mr.K.K. that please ensure everything is working like shower, geyser, tv. Once I checked in at 10:40pm and went for shower, it was not working, also bathroom was smelling, no tv found in Delux room, it was room no.211. I made a complaint and took an hour to change the room which was 203. Again shower was not working and they took 30 min. Service and house keeping found to be very poor and not meeting expectations at this price. I will not recommend this Hotel for Business stay or any other purposes. Not worth it at all.

Very few options in Rampur to hold your family functions. This is one of them. Around 35 rooms. Arrangements are Satisfactory. You get your rooms orders if you have patience. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were OK. Electric kettle in our room had "I" type plugs. Room had "D" type sockets. Ask for Adapter
Not worth it at all.
